LIMITED WARRANTY AND RMA POLICY
 
 
This warranty & RMA policy shall only apply to WINSIS INC. (or "WINSIS¡§) PC Case and Power Supply purchased,
 
WINSIS warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. During warrant period, WINSIS will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace products that proved to be defective.
 
For WINSIS cases and power supplies that be directly shipped to the countries and areas outside the United States and Canada by ocean containers, WINSIS provides 0.5% spare parts by default for RMA service, unless upon special agreement between WINSIS and customer.
 
RMA NUMBER
 
To return a product based upon Winsis warranty, customer must FAX or e-mail an RMA Form (from the download section of this website) to our RMA department and obtain a RMA Number. Once we received customer¡®s RMA Form. RMA Number will be issued within 48 hours. Returns will not be accepted at our RMA Department without a valid RMA Number. RMA Number will be expired after 14 days. Any return we receive without an RMA Number will be documented and return to you.
 
SHIP AND INSURE YOUR RETURN
 
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you returning. This is for you protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. Winsis shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. All product returns must include the original packing material. Customer must pay the postage and shipping fee which product returned to our warehouse.
 
  • WINSIS will not accept power supply RMAs if the metal enclosure has been opened and/or if the warranty seal is removed.
 
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
 
Winsis will exchange all products returned within 14 days and will pay the replacement shipping fee to customer via insured UPS ground service. However, if product sent back from customer is functioning under normal condition with no defect found, the customer shall responsible for the return shipping cost.
 
 
RETURN FOR CREDIT
 
In circumstances where a replacement item is not available, a credit memo will be issued within 14 days and applied to customer¡¯ account.  Credit will be given based on original invoice pricing.
 
WARRANTY TIME LIMITS
 
Warranty time limits are judged from the original invoice date to the date we received merchandise regardless of when the customer apply RMA Number or call in.
Chassis and power supply 12 months (1 year),
Keyboard, mouse and speakers: 12 months (1 year)
 
  • Warranty invalid if damage/malfunction caused by improper handing/usage.
 
OTHER
 
1.     A copy of invoice is required for RMA return, invoice number and invoice date will be provided.
2.     PC Case RMA: Customers have to report to WINSIS within 30 days after receiving the shipments for RMA services if the PC case(s) have quality problems beyond the percentage of spare part provided.
3.     Power Supply RMA: Customers have to report to WINSIS within 30 days after receiving the shipments for DOA (Dead on Arrival) services if the number of DOA Power Supply beyond the percentage of spare parts provided.
4.     All RMA(DOA) returns must include the defective items that have already been replaced by our spare units provided with original shipment.
